the music
Born and raised in North Mississippi, the musical influences are obvious from the blue sound of “South of Town” to the blend of Memphis soul in “World Gone Crazy”, the songs are about life and death and the struggle to live between the two.
up till now
Rick has worked as a Producer/Director of various video and audio projects. The release of 1995’s “The Living Tree” for Needle Eye Records received great reviews from The Birmingham News. Invited to perform “I Put My Trust In You” and “Papa’s Prayer” in the EWTN program “Say Yes” with Dana (an irish born singer/songwriter). Rick’s arrangements of Dana’s song “Croist Linn” gave him the chance to perform with Phil Keaggy in the same series.
